▢ 2 cups Raspberries  ▢ 2 tbsp Chia Seeds OPTIONAL ▢ ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup ▢ 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Cook the Fruits

Place the fruits, fresh or frozen, into a saucepan and bring the saucepan to low-medium heat.

Stir and Mash Fruits

Stir and mash fruits with a fork or potato masher to form a fruit mash.

Add Chia Seeds

Stir in chia seeds, bring to a light boil, and stir/cook for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Transfer to Jar

Cool the jam completely into a glass mason jar for 15 minutes.
