Once the dough is smooth, make a large, uniform vegan shortbread dough ball.

Place each almond flour dough ball onto a cookie sheet lined with lightly oiled parchment paper.
Use a fork to flatten each almond flour cookie. The thinner, the crispier they will be.
Decorate your 3-Ingredient Almond Flour Cookies with sprinkles or 100s and 1000s.
Bake the shortbread cookies for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 325°F (160°C).
Cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to completely cool down.
