▢ ½ cup Peanut butter ▢ ½ cup Coconut Flour ▢ ¼ cup Sugar-free Maple Syrup OPTIONAL COATING ▢ ½ cup Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips

Combine Ingredients

In a medium mixing bowl, add your fresh, runny peanut butter along with sugar-free maple-flavored syrup.

Form a Shiny Paste

Combine peanut butter and maple syrup with a spatula until it forms a shiny paste.

Add Coconut Flour

When the peanut butter mixture is smooth and shiny, pour the coconut flour and combine again.

Mixing Cookie Dough

Mix the dough with the spatula at first, then with your hands, until it forms a cookie dough ball.

Forming a Dough Ball

If it is too dry, add 1-2 teaspoons of extra liquid sweetener until the ingredients come together.

Roll Cookie Balls

Roll 8 balls of the same size between your hands and place each ball onto a plate covered with parchment paper.

Flatten Cookies

Flatten each cookie ball with a fork. Press in one direction then the other to form the criss-cross pattern.

Set the Cookies

Place the plate with the flattened 3-ingredient cookies in the fridge for 5 minutes to set them.

Dip In Chocolate

Melt dark vegan chocolate in the microwave. Dip half of the cookies in the chocolate.
