3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge ▢ 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter ▢ ¼ cup Coconut Oil ▢ 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Optional: ▢ ¼ tsp Sea Salt ▢ ½ tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ 2 tbsp Christmas Sprinkles ▢ 2-3 drops Vanilla Liquid Stevia
Combine the 3 Peanut Butter Fudge ingredients in a bowl: peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
Adjust the peanut butter fudge batter with optional ingredients if you want to: sea salt, vanilla extract, sprinkles, etc.
Stir the vegan fudge batter with a wooden or silicone spatula until it's smooth, shiny, and uniform.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, pour the 3-ingredient peanut butter batter, and spread it with a spatula.
Add the optional Christmas sprinkles on top of the vegan fudge. You can also add dairy-free chocolate chips.
Transfer the pan with the fudge to the freezer for 10 to 30 minutes until it's fully set.
Slice the 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge into 12 squares with a sharp knife, with its blade slightly wet for easy cutting.
