Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower ▢ All-purpose Flour ▢ Baking Soda ▢ Salt ▢ Full-fat Milk of Choice ▢ Lemon Juice
Combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper in a mixing bowl before pouring the olive oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and buffalo sauce into a mixing bowl.
1
Cut the cauliflower head into small 2-inch florets. The Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower bites need to all have a similar size to cook at the same time.
2
Dip each of the cauliflower florets into the Buffalo mixture and keep them above the mixing bowl to let the excess sauce drip back.
3
Coat all the cauliflower florets to make about 24 air fryer buffalo cauliflower bites. Meanwhile, spray some olive oil on the tray of your air fryer.
4
Place about half of the Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower bites in a single layer in the basket of your air fryer and cook them for 8-10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
5
Cook all the Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower and drizzle some fresh herbs on top. Enjoy them with fresh vegetables and a nice vegan dipping sauce!
