INGREDIENTS

▢ 1 3/4 cup Mashed bananas ▢ 1/3 cup Maple syrup ▢ 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract ▢ 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon ▢ 2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar ▢ 1 tablespoon Baking powder ▢1 1/2 cup Chickpea flour

Weigh Flour

Measure your chickpea flour in a medium-size mixing bowl. Using weight: grams or oz for precision.

Combine Ingredients

In another large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and baking powder.

Stir in Chickpea Flour

Gradually stir in chickpea flour, make sure your flour has no lumps, or it will form packets of flour in the dough that can taste bitter.

Add Chocolate Chips

Stir in chocolate chips and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Transfer

Transfer the bread batter into a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake

Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, tent the loaf pan with foil paper after 40 minutes to prevent the top from browning too fast.
