▢ Plain Coconut Yogurt ▢ Fresh Mint ▢ Garlic Cloves ▢ Extra Virgin Olive Oil ▢ Lemon Juice ▢ Paprika ▢ Salt ▢ Shredded English Cucumber

Grate Cucumbers

Trim the end of the cucumber, peel them, and seed the center before grating them and placing in a towel.

Squeeze Cucumber

Squeeze the towel to release the excess water from the cucumbers. Discard the juice.

Combine Ingredients

Stir in Greek Coconut yogurt, fresh chopped mint, crushed garlic, salt, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Serve Cucumber Dip

Once the ingredients are well combined, serve immediately or chill for 1 hour before serving.
