HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE FUDGE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Natural Almond butter
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon Melted cocoa butter
1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Maple syrup
Melt Cocoa Butter
Melt the cocoa butter in a small saucepan under medium heat.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, stir almond butter with melted cocoa butter and maple syrup.

Add Cocoa Powder
When the texture is smooth, stir in unsweetened cocoa powder

Transfer to the pan
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.

Decorate
Decorate with sprinkles on top if you like. Make it as Christmassy as you can!

Freeze
Freeze 15 minutes until the fudge is set and hard.

Cut and Store
Cut into 16 small squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge
