INGREDIENTS

 ▢ 1 cup Peanut Butter ▢ ½ cup Maple Syrup ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla ▢ ½ tsp Sea Salt ▢ 1 cup Almond Flour ▢ ¼ cup Coconut Flour ▢ ½ cup Chocolate Chips GANACHE ▢ 3.5 oz Chocolate ▢ 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, add peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla.

Add Flour

Stir in almond flour and coconut flour, use the spatula at first then when it starts to be difficult to stir, add in chocolate chips and knead the dough with your hands.

Transfer to Pan

Transfer the cookie dough into the prepared pan and press the dough all over the pan to form an even layer and freeze 10 minutes.

Add Melted Chocolate

Melt dark chocolate with Coconut oil in the microwave. Pour on the cookie dough pan. Freeze again for 5-8 minutes.
