Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte ▢ 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree ▢ 2 tbsp Maple Syrup ▢ ½ tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ 2 cups Almond Milk Spices ▢ ¾ tsp Ground Cinnamon ▢ ¼ tsp Ginger ▢ ⅛ tsp Nutmeg ▢ 1 Cardamom Pod ▢ 1 Clove ▢ 1 Star Anise ▢ ⅛ tsp Ground Pepper ▢ 1-2 Black Tea Bags
Combine all the spices, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract in a saucepan.
Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon while heating them.
Stop the heat when the texture of the mixture is smooth and fragrant.
Pour the almond milk onto the spice mixture and whisk while bringing to a light boil.
Add the tea bags into the milk and reduce the heat to low for a couple of minutes.
Remove the star anise and cardamom pods with a sieve.
Remove the tea bags and serve the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte.
Decorate with a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon and star anise.
