Blend the 2-Ingredient Quinoa Tortilla batter in the blender on its high-speed setting until it forms a smooth batter. You need a powerful blender for this recipe.
Set the batter aside for 10 minutes and pour 1/4 cup on a hot non-stick crepe pan with a touch of oil. Spread the batter in a circular motion to form the quinoa tortillas.
Cook the Quinoa Tortillas for 2 minutes on one side and another minute on the other side before letting them cool down. Serve with sweet or savory toppings of your choice.
