Combine the Vegan Protein Fluff ingredients in the jug of a high-speed blender: Ice Cubes, Almond Milk, Protein Power, Powdered Peanut Butter, Sweetener.
Blend the Vegan Protein Fluff on the high-speed setting for about 60 seconds and check the texture of the fluff. Add Xanthan Gum if needed to make it fluffier.
Blend the Vegan Protein Fluff again until its texture is perfect: Smooth, Creamy, Fluffy. If it's too crumbly, add a splash of almond milk and process again.
Serve the Vegan Protein Fluff in a bowl before adding some of your favorite toppings like vegan chocolate chips or a drizzle of peanut butter.
