Almond Flour Chocolate Chips Cookies ▢ ⅓ cup Maple Syrup ▢ 2 tbsp Soft Brown Sugar ▢ 5 tbsp Vegan Butter ▢ 2 cups Almond Flour ▢ ½ tsp Baking Powder ▢ ¼ tsp Salt ▢ ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Beat the vegan butter, maple syrup, and soft brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add the dry Almond Flour Chocolate Chips Cookies ingredients to the bowl.
When a firm cookie batter is ready, add the vegan chocolate chips and incorporate them in the dough.
Scoop our 6 (for large cookies) or 12 (for small cookies) balls of batter. Roll them in your hands.
Place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them to form cookies.
Bake the Almond Flour Cookies for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).
