INGREDIENTS

▢ ¼ cup Canola Oil ▢ ½ cup Almond Milk ▢ ⅓ cup Mashed Banana ▢ 2 tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed ▢ 1 cup Small Apple Chunks ▢ ½ cup Sugar ▢ ¼ cup Brown Sugar ▢ 2 cups All-purpose Flour ▢ ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon ▢ ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg ▢ 3 tsp Baking Powder

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, add oil, almond milk, banana, flaxseeds, and vanilla. Whisk well. Add Apple chunks, sugar, flour, and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon).

Transfer Bread Batter

Transfer the vegan apple bread batter to a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Cook Apple Bread

Cook the Vegan Apple Bread in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 40 to 60 minutes.

Cool Vegan Bread Down

Cool the vegan apple bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then pull it out of the pan using and cool on a cooling rack for 3 hours.
