Vegan Banana Bread ▢ 1 ¾ cup Mashed Bananas ▢ ⅓ cup Maple Syrup ▢ ⅓ cup Melted Coconut Oil ▢ 2 cup Self-raising Flour
Peel and mash ripe bananas with a potato masher or a fork before measuring the required amount. The riper the bananas, the sweeter the bread.

Transfer the 1 ¾ cup of mashed bananas into a large mixing bowl. At the same time, line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with lightly oiled parchment paper.

Pour the maple syrup, melted coconut oil into the bowl with mashed bananas, and stir with a silicone spatula until well combined and a thick batter forms.

Gradually pour the self-raising flour into your vegan banana bread batter and stir gently until combined. Don't over-mix the bread batter.

Transfer the vegan banana bread batter into the prepared 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan. Keep the paper overhangs for easier unmolding after cooking.

Add two slices of banana to the top of the batter and cook the vegan banana bread for 50 to 55 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).

Let the Vegan Banana Bread cool down in the pan and then on a cooling rack for at least one hour before slicing it into 12-14 slices.
