INGREDIENTS

▢ ½ cup Banana ▢ ⅓ cup Coconut Oil ▢ ¼ cup Cane Sugar ▢ ¼ cup Brown Sugar ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ ¼ tsp Salt ▢ ¼ tsp Baking Soda ▢ ½ cup Chocolate Chips ▢ 1 ¼ cup Flour

Mash Bananas

Peel, mash the ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher, and measure precisely, filling a measuring cup and sweep top or weight in oz or grams.

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, melted lukewarm coconut oil, unrefined cane sugar, soft brown sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually stir in flour until it forms a thick cookie batter. Don't over-mix it, or the cookies won't be as light and fluffy.
