INGREDIENTS

▢ 2 tbsp Beet Powder ▢ 1 tbsp Warm water ▢ 3 tsp Maple Syrup ▢ ½ tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ ½ cup Light Coconut Milk ▢ ¾ cup Almond Milk

Dissolving Beet Powder

In a small saucepan, add beet powder along with warm water, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Whisk Powder

Whisk the beetroot powder with a small handheld whisk to fully dissolve it in the water.

Add Plant-based Milk

Add coconut milk and 1/4 cup of the almond milk into the saucepan and stir with a whisk.

Warm the Latte

Bring the pan over medium heat, and warm the beet milk, often stirring until hot - it takes about 2-3 minutes.

Set Aside

Pour the hot beetroot milk into a tall coffee mug and set it aside while frothing milk.

Froth the Milk

Froth the remaining 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk in a milk frother or a coffee mug, using a hand milk frother

Top the milk

Top the coffee mug with the frothed almond milk and serve your pink vegan beetroot latte.
