▢ 1 ½ cup Black Beans ▢ ½ cup Maple Syrup ▢ ¼ cup Coconut Oil ▢ ½ cup Oat Flour ▢ ¼ cup Cocoa Powder ▢ 1 tsp Flaxseed Meal ▢ ½ tsp Baking Powder ▢ ¼ tsp Baking Soda ▢ ⅓ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Combine Wet Ingredients

In a food processor, add the canned black beans, coconut oil, and maple syrup.

Blend Wet Ingredients

Blend on medium/high speed for 45 seconds or until it forms a consistent batter.

Add Dry Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips: oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and baking soda.

Blend Again

Blend Vegan Black Bean Brownies Batter on medium speed for 30 seconds or until the batter is thick and consistent.

Add Chocolate Chips

Remove the blender blade, pour in dark chocolate chips, and incorporate into the batter using a spatula.

Transfer to Pan

Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly using a spatula.

Bake the Brownies

Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes on convection mode or for 18 minutes or regular mode.

Cool Brownies Down

Remove from the oven and cool down the vegan brownies for 15 minutes on a cooling rack.

Place the brownies for 10 minutes and serve them while they are still warm in the center.
