Combine all the Vegan Chickpea Tortillas ingredients in the jug of a high-speed blender: chickpea flour, arrowroot flour, salt, water, and spices.
Blend the plant-based Chickpea Flour Tortilla batter on the high-speed setting of your blender until it turns into a smooth, uniform batter.
Transfer the Chickpea Tortilla batter into a large mixing bowl and heat a non-stick crepe or pancake pan greased with coconut oil.
Pour 1/4 of a cup of batter on the hot pan and spread it to your favorite tortilla size. Let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
Use a flat spatula to lift an edge of the plant-based chickpea flour tortilla and flip it to its other side before cooking it for an other minute.
You should be able to make sixteen 6-inch wide vegan chickpea tortillas with the batter, anything wider will make fewer tortillas.
