Easy Vegan Recipe
Vegan Coquito ▢ 1 can Condensed Coconut Milk ▢ 1 can Cream of Coconut ▢ 1 can Canned Coconut Milk ▢ ½ cup Almond Milk ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ ½ tsp Nutmeg ▢ 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon ▢ 1 cup Dark Rum or Spiced Rum
Add all the Vegan Coquito ingredients to a blender and blend them until smooth.
Pour the Coquito into a cocktail glass decorated with shredded coconut on the rim.
Chill the cocktail in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to let all the flavors blend completely.
Stir the Vegan Coquito before serving it in a cocktail glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
