Easy Vegan Recipe
Vegan Crepes ▢ 2 cups All-purpose Flour ▢ 2 ¼ cups Soy Milk ▢ 2 tbsp Avocado Oil ▢ 2-4 tbsp Sugar ▢ 1 tbsp Vanilla ▢ 1 tsp Cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients at room temperature into a mixing bowl: flour, soy milk, avocado oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon.
Whisk the vegan crepe batter vigorously until most lumps are broken and the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
Pour 1/2 of vegan crepe batter into a crepe pan oiled with some avocado oil. Twist the pan to spread the batter.
Cook the crepe for 2-3 minutes before sliding a spatula under it to flip the crepe for another minute of cooking.
You should be able to make 8 large vegan crepes. Store them on a plate while making the whole batch.
Spread some melted vegan chocolate on half the crepe, add sliced strawberries, fold the crepe and sprinkle powdered sugar.
