Vegan Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark ▢ 10.5 oz Dark Chocolate Bars ▢ 1 ½ cup White Chocolate Chips ▢ ¼ teaspoon Peppermint Extract ▢ 6 large Candy Canes
Melt the Vegan Dark Chocolate in a bowl into a microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir peppermint extract.
Spread the vegan chocolate into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Melt the Vegan White Chocolate and spread on top of the set dark chocolate.
Crush the candy cane in a ziplock bag with a wooden rolling pin until the chunks are small.
Sprinkle the smashed candy cane on top of the melted white chocolate.
Refrigerate the Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark for 20-30 minutes until set.
Break the vegan chocolate bark into chunks by hand or with a sharp knife.
