Easy Vegan Recipe
Vegan Gingerbread Cookies ▢ ½ cup Soft Brown Sugar ▢ ⅓ cup Vegan Butter ▢ ⅓ cup Unsulphured Molasse ▢ 3 tbsp Almond Milk ▢ 2 tsp Flax Meal ▢ 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract ▢ 2 cups All-purpose Flour ▢ ½ tsp Baking Soda ▢ ¼ tsp Salt ▢ ½ tbsp Ginger ▢ 1 tbsp Cinnamon ▢ ¼ tsp All-spices
Combine the Vegan Butter, Soft Brown Sugar, and Molasse in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Whisk the batter with the paddle attachment for about one minute until creamy.
Add all the dry vegan gingerbread cookie ingredients to the wet batter.
Beat the ingredients at low speed until a wet and sticky cookie dough forms.
Divide the dough into two balls, wrap them in plastic wrap, flatten them and leave in the fridge.
Roll the Vegan Gingerbread Cookie dough with a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter.
Place the Vegan Gingerbread Men Cookies on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Decorate the Vegan Gingerbread Cookies with Vegan Royal Icing and Christmas Sprinkles.
