Vegan Horchata ▢ 1 ¼ cup Long-grain White Rice ▢ 3 cups Water ▢ 2 cups Fresh Almond Milk ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ ⅓ - ⅔ cup Unrefined Cane Sugar ▢ 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Combine the uncooked long-grain rice and the three cups of water in the jug of a large blender.

Blend the rice water mixture on the high-speed setting of the blender until it gets white and completely clouded.

Transfer the rice mixture to a more convenient container that can be then sealed and stored in the fridge overnight.

Pour the Horchata mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or strainer to remove the rice bits left in the water.

Discard the rice bits left in the mesh and pour the almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar into the bowl.

Stir the Vegan Horchata until all the ingredients are well combined and balance the sweetness with more sugar.
