Vegan Mexican Hot Chocolate

Combine the cocoa powder, vegan chocolate chips, and coconut sugar in a small saucepan.


Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the vegan hot chocolate saucepan.


Pour a cup of thicker plant-based milk like full-fat soy milk, or coconut milk.


Whisk the vegan hot chocolate as the over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the chips have melted.


Stir in the Cinnamon and Chili Powder just before serving your Vegan Mexican Hot Chocolate.
