INGREDIENTS

MILLIONAIRE SHORTBREAD CRUST ▢ 1 ½ cup Almond Flour ▢ 3 tbsp Coconut Oil ▢ 2 tbsp Maple Syrup CARAMEL LAYER ▢ ⅓ cup Maple Syrup ▢ 3 tbsp Coconut Oil ▢ ½ cup Peanut Butter ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla CHOCOLATE LAYER ▢ 4.2 oz Dark Chocolate ▢ 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

In a medium bowl, add the vegan millionaire bar crust ingredients: almond flour, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.

Combine the no-bake crust with a spatula at first to fully incorporate the flour with the oil and maple syrup.

Knead the Vegan Millionaire crust dough with your hands to form a large no-bake dough ball.

Line a baking dish with lightly oiled parchment paper and spread the millionaire dough into it.

Flatten the vegan millionaire crust with the back of a spoon and take the pan to the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

Prepare the plant-based caramel by combining peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Stir the vegan caramel with a wooden until its texture becomes runny, smooth, and shiny.

Take the millionaire crust out of the fridge and pour the vegan caramel onto it. Spread it all around the crust.

Prepare the chocolate shell by combining chunks of vegan dark chocolate and melted coconut oil into a bowl.

Melt the vegan chocolate shell in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds then stir it with a silicone spatula.

Pour and spread the melted vegan dark chocolate shell on top of the vegan millionaire base.

Take the vegan no-bake millionaire bars to the freezer for 2 to 5 minutes until the chocolate crust has fully set.
