INGREDIENTS

▢ 1 cup Natural peanut butter ▢ 3/4 cup Vegan Vanilla Pea Protein Powder ▢ 1/4 cup Brown rice syrup Optional ▢ 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

Weigh Ingredients!

Before you start the recipe, I recommend weighing the ingredients rather than using cups. Protein powder is very volatile, and it is easy to add too much, making the bar too dry.

Mix Peanut Butter and Syrup

In a large mixing bowl, combine natural peanut butter with brown rice syrup until smooth.

Add Protein Powder

Stir in vanilla pea protein powder and chocolate chips. It will become difficult to stir with a spoon.

Form a consistent Dough

Use your hands to squeeze the batter and form a consistent dough. If too dry, stir in an extra tablespoon of melted coconut oil.

Transfer to Pan

Transfer the dough into an 8-inch x 8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper.

Press the dough

Press the dough with your fingers at first. Then use a spatula to make a smooth and even surface.

Freeze

Freeze 10 minutes to set.

Cut into bars

Remove from the freezer and cut into 12 protein bars.
