Vegan Protein Brownies


Vegan Protein Brownies ▢ Old Fashioned Rolled Oats ▢ Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ▢ Chocolate Protein Powder ▢ Baking Powder ▢ Almond Milk ▢ Yogurt of Choice ▢ Vanilla extract ▢ Liquid Sweetener ▢ Vegan Dark Chocolate

Combine all the dry vegan protein brownies ingredients in the jug of a blender: rolled oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder.


Add the liquid vegan protein brownies ingredients to the blender: unsweetened almond milk vanilla extract, yogurt, and maple syrup.


Blend the vegan protein brownies batter on the high-speed setting of the blender for about one minute until it's smooth and shiny.


Transfer the protein brownies batter to an 8-inch square pan lined with lightly oiled parchment paper and bake it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).


Decorate the vegan protein brownies with vegan chocolate frosting and a few vegan sprinkles.
