▢ 2 tbsp Peanut Butter ▢ ½ cup Maple Syrup ▢ ½ cup Coconut Oil ▢ 2 tsp Vanilla Extract ▢ ½ cup cocoa Powder ▢ ½ cup Macadamia Nuts ▢ ½ cup Almonds ▢ ⅓ cup Cranberries ▢ ¾ cup Popcorn ▢ 1 cup Desiccated Coconut

Heat liquid Ingredients

In a saucepan, under low heat, melt the coconut oil with maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter.

Add Cocoa

When the mixture is smooth, stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder.

Combine

Remove from heat and stir in all the filling ingredients.

Add Crunchy Ingredients

You can add more popcorn or puffed cereals, depending on your taste. Popcorn is bigger than puffed cereals, so you usually need less of it.

Combine Thoroughly

Make sure that your chocolate mixture is coating all the other ingredients.

Transfer

Transfer the mixture onto the prepared pan.

Freeze

Freeze 10 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

Cut the Slices

Cut into 16 bars and store in the fridge for up to 5 days, in an airtight container.
