Vegan White Chocolate ▢ Raw Cocoa Butter ▢ Vegan Butter ▢ Maple Syrup ▢ Cashew Butter ▢ Vanilla Extract
Add the cocoa butter and vegan butter to a small saucepan. If using coconut oil, use refined coconut oil to avoid the coconut flavor.
Bring the vegan white chocolate mixture to medium/low heat, occasionally stir until it has melted. The mixture will be really thin and yellow. Pour it into a silicone mold.
Transfer the silicone mold to the freezer for 10 to 12 minutes to set. It's easier if the mold is on a plate so you can just move the plate to the freezer.
