Place both ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender.
Blend on low speed. It will be difficult to blend at first. Stop the blender, scrape down the food, and blend again on the lowest speed until it forms a thick, creamy frozen dessert. You can add 1-2 teaspoons of almond milk to help the mixture blend in, but it will also make it runnier. The best is to blend and scrape many times until everything blends in.
Serve with a spoon or in a pipping bag for a lovely swirl effect.
Notes
Note 1: any plant-based yogurt works for this recipe. I am using a plant-based high-protein yogurt blend (Forager Project).
