Protein Dole Whip
Ingredientes
- 1 taza de Piña Congelada - trozos
- ¼ taza de Proteína en polvo de vainilla
- 1 taza de Yogur sin lácteos
- 4-6 cucharadas de Leche De Soja
Instrucciones para la impresión en alta definición
- In a blender, add frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla protein powder, and yogurt. Blend on low speed – speed 1-2 of your blender – using the tamper attachment to push the food next to the blade.
- Add the soy milk gradually to help the mixture blend. But don't over-add, or the mixture will turn too runny like a smoothie. If this happens, simply blend in more frozen pineapple to firm up the dole whip texture.
- Serve with a piping bag for a lovely swirl or with a spoon. Eat immediately.
Nutrición
Ingredientes y sustituciones
- Piña Congelada – Make sure to pick frozen pineapple that only lists pineapple in the ingredients. Some brands add sugars, syrups, or preservatives and it’s better to avoid them. You can also make your own frozen pineapple by chucking a few chunks in the freezer!
- Proteína en polvo de vainilla – Any type of protein powder works. I regularly use MacroMike’s almond protein and NuZest’s pea protein.
- Vegan Yogurt of Choice – Any yogurt alternative works, but I have a preference for soy yogurt as it tends to boost the protein a bit more.
- Leche De Soja – You can of course choose any plant-based milk you like, but again, soy milk contains more protein!
How to Make Protein Dole Whip
I have a trick to make it perfect, read about it in the recipe card further down or use the pictures below for inspiration.

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth. You can adjust the texture by adding a few more pineapple chunks if it’s too runny or more soy milk if it’s too thick.

To give my pineapple dole the best looks, I like to pipe it. Transfer the content of the blender to a piping bag.

And pipe your protein dole to a small serving cup. Top it with fresh pineapple chunks.
Variaciones
You can use this recipe as a base to make many different flavor variations:
- Tropical Protein Dole Whip: Use a combination of frozen pineapple and mango and use coconut milk.
- Berry Dole Whip: Add half a cup of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries).
- Citrus Protein Dole Whip: Add a few orange segments to the batter and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Green Protein Dole Whip: Add 1/2 cup of baby spinach or kale and a teaspoon of spirulina.
