Ingredientes
- 1 large Plátano Congelado - peeled, cut in chunks, and frozen the day before
- ½ taza de Mango Congelado - or frozen pineapple
- ½ Aguacate maduro - humedo
- ½ taza de Espinacas Baby - 0.7 oz.
- 1 – 1 ¼ taza de Leche de almendras - o leche vegetal de su elección
- 1 cucharadita de Polvo de espirulina - green spirulina or use blue spirulina for a neutral, no fishy flavor
- 1 cucharada de Semillas de cáñamo - or chia seeds
- 1-2 cucharaditas de Jarabe de arce - or a pinch of stevia powder
- ¼ cucharadita de Extracto de vainilla

- In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients in the order listed above, starting with 1 cup of almond milk.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If it's difficult to blend, add more almond milk, up to 1/2 cup extra.
- Taste and adjust, adding more sweetener for a sweeter smoothie or a few ice cubes for a frothier texture. Blend again to combine after each addition and serve immediately.

- Mango Congelado – or frozen pineapple.
- Aguacate – Aguacate adds healthy fatty acids to the smoothie. Make sure you use a ripe avocado without dark spots on its flesh to avoid a bitter aftertaste.
- Espinacas Baby - Fresco espinaca bebé is the best, but you can also use trimmed kale.
- Leche de almendras o cualquier leche sin lácteos you love, like coconut milk or hemp milk.
- Polvo de espirulina – You can use blue spirulina or green spirulina. Both have very similar properties.
- Semillas de cáñamo – Las semillas de cáñamo or any seeds you like, chia seeds or flaxseeds. Seeds are good sources of gluten-free, vegan protein, and they also bring lots of nutrients like magnesium, zinc, and more!
- Jarabe de arce – Jarabe de arce is optional. I use it because I love sweet smoothies so I add a touch of maple syrup. You can also use a pinch of stevia powder to avoid the added sugar.
