Popcorn is a low-calorie filling snack, but protein popcorn is even more nourishing, packed with 12 grams of protein per serving and only 96 Calories.
It’s quick snack time! Picture this: you want to watch TV, but you don’t want empty calories. Popcorn is the classic treat, but you don’t want all the salt or sugar of ready-made popcorn. And you want some protein, if possible.
When I find myself there, I make my protein popcorn. It’s popcorn with protein powder! It’s a great alternative to Mezcla de frutos secos con proteínas or Bolitas de proteína de plátano and it’s ready in under 5 minutes!

Place your popping corn in your popcorn-making jar.

Work the popcorn with your hands to make sure they’re all covered in protein powder.

- Use a different flavor of protein powder: chocolate for chocolate popcorn, strawberry and vanilla for a strawberry and cream flavor.
- Añadir triturado frambuesas liofilizadas to the protein powder.
- Añade un chorrito de chocolate derretido en la parte superior.
- Difunde un poco runny peanut butter over the popcorn.
