- 1 cucchiaino da tè Burro di anacardi - oppure burro di mandorle o burro di arachidi
- 2 cucchiai Fiocchi d'avena vecchio stile
- 1 bicchiere Latte di mandorle non zuccherato
- 1 cucchiaino da tè Cannella
- 1 / 2-3 / 4 bicchiere Cubetti di ghiaccio
- 2 cucchiaini Sciroppo d'acero - - facoltativo
To serve – option
- 1 cucchiaino da tè Burro di anacardi
- ¼ cucchiaino da tè Arachidi tritate
- ½ cucchiaino da tè Fiocchi d'avena vecchio stile
- 1 cucchiaino da tè Glassa reale vegana
- 1 pizzico Cannella
Istruzioni
- In a blender, add all the ingredients: vanilla protein powder, frozen banana (or frozen cauliflower rice), cashew butter, oats, almond milk, cinnamon, 1/2 cup of ice cubes, and sweetener if desired.
