- ⅓ bicchiere Mirtilli Rossi Secchi
- ¼ bicchiere Semi di zucca
- ¼ bicchiere Gocce Di Cioccolato Fondente

- Anacardi crudi – Cashews are fine to eat raw.
- Mandorle Crude – Or roasted peanuts if you prefer.
- Protein Cereals – I am using Cinnamon Catalina Crunch.
- Mirtilli Rossi Secchi – You can also use any other dried fruit.
- Semi di zucca – o semi di girasole.
- Gocce Di Cioccolato Fondente – I pick vegan chocolate chips with over 70% of cocoa.
How to Make Protein Trail Mix
This is really easy to make; all you need to do is mix the ingredients. If you want to toss some seasoning on top.

Combine the ingredients in a small jar where you can store it.

Serve it on a large plate for a TV platter.
Changing The Flavors
You can change the flavor of your trail mix by doing the follow swaps or additions:
