- 2 tazza Mango Congelato
- 1 bicchiere Latte di mandorle alla vaniglia non zuccherato - o latte di mandorle non zuccherato
Healthy addition ideas (pick one only!)
- ¼ cucchiaino da tè Curcuma
- 1 pezzo Fresh Grated Ginger - 0.5 cm, peeled, grated
- ½ bicchiere Spinacini freschi
Istruzioni
