Detta Banan-iskaffe is for you if you love iced coffee. It tastes like a banana coffee smoothie or banana Frappuccino. It has a frothy banana milk with a light coffee flavor that you can increase using a stronger espresso shop instead of brewed coffee.
There’s a bit of a trend of making banana iced coffee and I wanted to make my own, healthier, simpler version. This is a bit like a Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte but with summery flavors!

Ingredienser och ersättningar
- Strong Brewed Coffee: The base of the drink, brewed coffee adds a delicious coffee flavor. For a stronger taste, you can use espresso shots instead of regular brewed coffee. If you prefer decaf, that’s an option too.
- Banan: A small banana adds natural sweetness and a creamy texture. If you don’t have a fresh banana, you can use frozen banana slices, which will make the drink even more frothy and cold.
- Mandelmjölk: Almond milk adds a smooth, nutty flavor. You can substitute with other plant-based milks like soy milk, oat milk, or coconut milk, depending on your preference.
- Ice: Ice is essential for a chilled and refreshing drink. You can also use coffee ice cubes for a stronger coffee flavor without diluting the drink.
- Lönnsirap (valfritt): Maple syrup is a natural sweetener that enhances the flavor of the drink. If you prefer a different sweetener, you can use agave syrup, honey (if not strictly vegan), or a sugar-free alternative.
- Additional Ice Cubes (To Serve): Additional ice cubes keep the drink chilled and refreshing while serving.
How to Make Banana Iced Coffee
This is a simple recipe that you make by first blending the banana into banana milk and pouring it on the coffee.

Blend a banana with almond milk in a blender.

Place ice cubes in a glass.

Brew your favorite coffee and pour it on the ice cubes.

Pour the banana milk mixture into the coffee and serve immediately.
Carines tips
- Vaniljflavor: Add some vanilla extract or use vanilla stevia drops to flavor and sweeten the coffee instead of maple syrup. You can also serve it with a pinch of cinnamon, it goes so well with banana.
- Brewing Coffee: For a robust coffee flavor, use freshly brewed strong coffee or espresso. Brew it a bit stronger than usual if you like a more intense coffee taste.
- blandning: Blend the banana, almond milk, ice, and maple syrup until the mixture is smooth and frothy. This ensures a creamy texture that complements the coffee.
- Kylning: Let your freshly brewed coffee cool down before pouring it over ice to avoid melting the ice cubes too quickly.
- Justera sötma: Taste the banana milk mixture before pouring it over the coffee. Adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup or your preferred sweetener.

I’m used regular milk because I didn’t have almond milk and it was delicious! Super easy and so good! I give it a 10/10!
Tack!
This is so easy to make and super tasty! I use sweetened chocolate almond milk and so skip the maple syrup. Any time I have bananas in the house I make this instead of my regular coffee.
Oh my, I love this recipe. I’m a fan of iced coffee. Worked like a charm
Tack!!
