INGREDIENTS

▢ 1 cup Old-fashioned Oats ▢ ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed ▢ 1 ½ tbsp Brewer's Yeast ▢ ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips ▢ 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds ▢ 2 tbsp Almonds ▢ ¼ cup Maple Syrup ▢ ½ cup Peanut Butter ▢ 2 tbsp Almond Milk ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, stir in oats, ground flaxseed, yeast, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, combine peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Combine Batter

Pour the No-Bake Lactation Cookies liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula at first.

Form Cookie Balls

Lightly oil your hands with coconut oil, roll 12 balls between your hands, and place them on a cookie sheet.

Flatten the Cookies

Flatten each cookie dough ball with your hand to form 12 No-Bake Lactation Cookies.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set the No-Bake Lactation Cookies. Store them in the fridge.
