- Add all the ingredients: protein powder, frozen strawberry, frozen banana, hemp seeds, and milk of choice, to a blender.

- You can also blend in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for sweetness, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to make it more creamy, or a pinch of cinnamon for flavor.

You need 4 base ingredients to make this shake, but you can add some delicious additions to make it sweeter or higher in protein.
- Vanília fehérjepor – I use NuZest or MacroMike protein powder which are respectively made with peas and peanuts or almonds.
- Fagyasztott eper – I prefer frozen strawberries over fresh ones, because it avoids having to add ice cubes that dilute the flavor.
- Fagyasztott banán – Similarly, go for frozen bananas over fresh to not have to add ice cubes.
- Növényi alapú tej – You can use any plant-based milk. Almond milk has the most neutral taste, but soy milk brings the most protein.
- Kendermag – This healthy ingredient brings a lot of natural protein and not flavor at all.
- Juharszirup -If you need to sweeten the shake, you can add maple syrup or any other natural liquid sweetener, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
How to Make Banana Strawberry Protein Shake
This shake is as easy to make as any other shake!

Pour all the ingredients in your blender.

Blend on high speed and adjust the taste and sweetness with optional ingredients.
