- Add all the ingredients: protein powder, frozen strawberry, frozen banana, hemp seeds, and milk of choice, to a blender.
- Blend on the high-speed setting until creamy and smooth.

- Vanilya Protein Tozu – I use NuZest or MacroMike protein powder which are respectively made with peas and peanuts or almonds.
- Dondurulmuş Çilek – I prefer frozen strawberries over fresh ones, because it avoids having to add ice cubes that dilute the flavor.
- Dondurulmuş Muz – Similarly, go for frozen bananas over fresh to not have to add ice cubes.
- Bitkisel Süt – You can use any plant-based milk. Almond milk has the most neutral taste, but soy milk brings the most protein.
- Kenevir tohumu – This healthy ingredient brings a lot of natural protein and not flavor at all.
- Akçaağaç şurubu -If you need to sweeten the shake, you can add maple syrup or any other natural liquid sweetener, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
How to Make Banana Strawberry Protein Shake
This shake is as easy to make as any other shake!

Pour all the ingredients in your blender.

Blend on high speed and adjust the taste and sweetness with optional ingredients.
