ini Kulit Pisang Beku is a delicious and healthy dessert that can replace ice creams and gelato. It’s made with just 5 wholesome ingredients and you can make a batch as big as you want!
I had to try that viral banana bark trend! I love bananas too much as you can see in many of my recent recipes, like my Kopi Ais Pisang, Aiskrim Pisang Serut, Atau Krep Pisang! I can say that I’ve tried adding bananas to almost all possible types of breakfasts and desserts!
For this banana bark, I added a little extra compared to the viral trend., some roasted salted peanuts the bark taste like a frozen banana snicker bar, much healthier and so good!

Nota
Pemakanan
Bahan dan Pengganti
- Pisang: The base of the bark, bananas add natural sweetness and a creamy texture when just chilled. The ripeness of the bananas will give the bark its sweetness. So if you like it sweeter, use overripe bananas, they will also make it a bit creamier.
- Mentega kacang: Natural peanut butter adds a rich, nutty flavor and creamy texture. If you have a peanut allergy or prefer a different taste, you can use almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.
- Cip Coklat: This makes a delicious, sweet layer on top of the banana bark. You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor or dairy-free milk chocolate chips for a lighter taste. Plant-based white chocolate chips can also be a fun alternative.
- Minyak kelapa: This helps melt the chocolate smoothly and creates a glossy finish. You can substitute it with a neutral oil like vegetable oil or leave it out if preferred, though the texture may differ slightly.
- Salted Peanuts: Peanuts add a crunchy texture and a salty contrast to the sweet flavors. If you prefer, you can use other nuts like almonds, walnuts, or pistachios, or leave them out entirely for a nut-free version.
How to Make Frozen Banana Bark
This recipe is super simple to whip up. Here’s how in a few pictures.

Slice the bananas and organize the slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread peanut butter and peanuts over the banana slices.

Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle the mixture on top of the banana slices.

Freeze the nark on baking sheet for at least 2 hours until it’s solid. Serve frozen or half thawed.
Petua Carine
- Hirisan Pisang: Ensure the banana slices are of uniform thickness for even freezing and easy cutting.
- Peanut Butter Consistency: Use runny peanut butter for easy spreading. If your peanut butter is too thick, microwave it for a few seconds to soften it.
- Coklat Leleh: Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in short intervals in the microwave, stirring in between to prevent burning. Alternatively, use a double boiler method.
- Masa Pembekuan: Make sure the bark is fully frozen before breaking it into pieces to achieve the best texture.

Great recipe!! Thank you so much. My family loved this recipe
Hebat! Terima kasih.
I love the first batch we made yesterday. Excellent taste! Thanks for the recent. But we live in Singapore, a hot country, so the base will turn soft n mashy. Do you have any suggestion to help with that?
It has to be stored in the freezer to stay hard like ice cream. You should remove a piece from the freezer just before eating, so it doesn’t have time to melt. Enjoy and thanks for trying my recipes.
Excellent recipe, I used organic crunchy peanut butter because that’s what I had on hand, this was over the top delicious!
