Aceasta Weetbix cu tort de morcovi peste noapte is a great alternative to overnight oats. It tastes like carrot cake, but it’s much healthier, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free.
Îmi place să fac ușor, healthy recipes with Weetbix and turn this classic New Zealand breakfast into a range of delicious recipes, like my Felie de Weetbix fără coacere, WeetBix Bliss Balls, Smoothie WeetBix. I have already made an Weetbix peste noapte, but since I had plenty of carrots, I decided to make a winter-friendly Carrot Cake version of that recipe!
It’s an easy twist on the traditional overnight oats. It’s still full of wholesome, simple ingredients, but it brings the same flavors as my Prăjitură cu morcovi, fulgi de ovăz peste noapte, but in a typical kiwi breakfast that you can meal prep for a whole week!

Weetbix cu tort de morcovi peste noapte
Ingrediente
- 2 Weetabix - sau Weetbix, zdrobit
- 1 linguriță Chia Seminte
- ⅓ ceaşcă Lapte de migdale
- 1 linguriță Sirop de arțar - sau 1-2 picături de stevie
- ½ ceaşcă Morcovi Rasi
- ¼ linguriță Scorţişoară
- 1 lingură Nucă de cocos rasă (neîndulcită)
- 2 Nuci - tocat
Topping proteic cu iaurt
- ½ ceaşcă Iaurt fără lactate
- 1 lingură Pudră proteică de vanilie
- 1 linguriță Sirop de arțar
Instrucțiuni
- Într-un recipient etanș de sticlă, zdrobiți 2 biscuiți Weetabix cu mâinile până când formează o firimitură subțire.
- Add chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, carrot, cinnamon, coconut, and chopped walnuts.
- Stir and spread evenly all over the container. If too thick, add an extra tablespoon of almond milk. It should form a paste, not be too liquid.

- In a mixing bowl, stir the yogurt and protein powder. If you don't want to use protein powder, skip it and stir in maple syrup.

- Iaurt vegan – Select a thick, unsweetened plant-based yogurt. Coconut cream can be used as an alternative.

How to Make Carrot Cake Overnight Weetbix
This recipe is as easy to make as other overnight Weetbix recipes!

Crush the Weetbix cakes into a large container.

Add all the other overnight Weetbix ingredients.

Stir the mixture into a smooth layer in the container.

Add the protein yogurt mixture on the top and more grated carrot.
