- ½ Tasse Gefrorene Erdbeeren
- 1 grosse Gefrorene Banane - equivalent to 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1 ¼ Tasse Ungesüßte Mandelmilch - or soy milk for boost of protein
Optional
- 1 Esslöffel Hanfsamen
- 2 Teelöffel Ahornsirup - for boost of sweetness
Anleitungen
- Add all the ingredients: protein powder, frozen strawberry, frozen banana, hemp seeds, and milk of choice, to a blender.

- Vanille-Proteinpulver – I use NuZest or MacroMike protein powder which are respectively made with peas and peanuts or almonds.
- Gefrorene Erdbeeren – I prefer frozen strawberries over fresh ones, because it avoids having to add ice cubes that dilute the flavor.
- Gefrorene Banane – Similarly, go for frozen bananas over fresh to not have to add ice cubes.
- Milch auf pflanzlicher Basis – You can use any plant-based milk. Almond milk has the most neutral taste, but soy milk brings the most protein.
- Hanfsamen – This healthy ingredient brings a lot of natural protein and not flavor at all.
- Ahornsirup -If you need to sweeten the shake, you can add maple syrup or any other natural liquid sweetener, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
How to Make Banana Strawberry Protein Shake
This shake is as easy to make as any other shake!

Pour all the ingredients in your blender.

Blend on high speed and adjust the taste and sweetness with optional ingredients.
