- ½ ceaşcă Căpșuni congelate
- 1 mare Banane congelate - equivalent to 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1 ¼ ceaşcă Lapte de migdale neindulcit - sau lapte de soia pentru aportul suplimentar de proteine

- 1 lingură Semințe de cânepă
- 2 lingurițe Sirop de arțar - for boost of sweetness
Instrucțiuni
- Add all the ingredients: protein powder, frozen strawberry, frozen banana, hemp seeds, and milk of choice, to a blender.

- You can also blend in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for sweetness, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to make it more creamy, or a pinch of cinnamon for flavor.

You need 4 base ingredients to make this shake, but you can add some delicious additions to make it sweeter or higher in protein.
- Pudră proteică de vanilie – I use NuZest or MacroMike protein powder which are respectively made with peas and peanuts or almonds.
- Căpșuni congelate – I prefer frozen strawberries over fresh ones, because it avoids having to add ice cubes that dilute the flavor.
- Banane congelate – Similarly, go for frozen bananas over fresh to not have to add ice cubes.
- Lapte pe bază de plante – You can use any plant-based milk. Almond milk has the most neutral taste, but soy milk brings the most protein.
- Semințe de cânepă – This healthy ingredient brings a lot of natural protein and not flavor at all.
- Sirop de arțar -If you need to sweeten the shake, you can add maple syrup or any other natural liquid sweetener, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
How to Make Banana Strawberry Protein Shake
This shake is as easy to make as any other shake!

Pour all the ingredients in your blender.

Blend on high speed and adjust the taste and sweetness with optional ingredients.
