Aceasta Aluat comestibil de brownie is a healthy no-bake dessert perfect for fixing your chocolate brownie cravings without guilt. It’s like eating raw brownies, but with no refined sugar, no gluten, and packed with fiber and protein.
I love making simple edible dough, like my popular Aluat de fursecuri cu năut, Aluat de biscuiți cu făină de migdale, Aluat de biscuiți vegan, but I wanted to have brownie flavors instead!

Aluat comestibil de brownie
Ingrediente
- 1 ½ cupe Faina de migdale - (nota 1)
- ¼ ceaşcă Pudră de cacao neîndulcită
- ¼ ceaşcă Sirop de arțar - (nota 2)
- 2 linguri Ulei de cocos topit - Folosesc ulei de cocos rafinat pentru a evita aromele de cocos (nota 3)
- 2-3 linguri Lapte de migdale - la temperatura camerei, nu rece din frigider (nota 4)
Opțional
- 3-4 linguri Mini Chips de ciocolată
Instrucțiuni
- In a mixing bowl, stir the almond flour and cocoa powder with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients: maple syrup, melted coconut oil – make sure you use refined coconut oil to avoid coconut flavors! You can also use other low-flavor oils if you prefer, and almond milk.
- Stir until it forms a consistent brownie batter.
- Stir in chocolate chips if you like.

- Faina de migdale – This gluten-free flour provides the base for the batter. Oat flour can also be used, but it absorbs more liquid, so you’ll need to add more almond milk to get a smooth consistency.

- Lapte de migdale – This liquid helps create a smooth batter. Any milk will work, but ensure it’s at room temperature to prevent the coconut oil from solidifying and forming lumps.
- Mini Chips de ciocolată – These (optionally) add extra chocolate flavor and texture.

Three suggestions to pimp your brownie batter :
– swap part or all of the refined coconut oil with butter flavored coconut oil;
– add some instant espresso powder;
– add a little miso, preferable a mild one.
For me, those additions made it go from excellent to addictive ! 😉
