A beetroot latte is a velvety, bright pink latte made without coffee. It’s the beetroot equivalent to Vegan Latte, Malusog na Pumpkin Spice Latte, O Vegan Matcha Latte. A beet latte is essentially made of beetroot na pulbos, frothed plant-based milk, and naturally sweet or sweetened with a touch of refined sugar-free sweeteners. It is a healthy performance-enhancing hot drink to boost your energy before working out.

Hi Thank you for your recipe. I’m trying to make this, but “coconut milk” looks confusing. The discription of “Beet latte ingredients” says “canned coconut milk”, but on the recipe card it says “not canned”. Which is correct or more recommended? Also, can I use honey for maple syrup?
Good question, I’ve clarified in the text. Both work fine. Canned coconut milk makes the drink much creamier but it also brings a lot more calories.
