INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Natural Peanut butter

1/4 cup Maple syrup

1/2 cup Peanut butter

2 tablespoons Coconut flour

1/3 cup Vegan dark chocolate chips

Combine PB & Maple Syrup

In a small mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter (make sure it is fresh and oily or the balls will be very dry!) and maple syrup until it forms a creamy paste.

Add Almond Flour

Stir in the almond flour.

Add Coconut flour

Add the coconut flour.

Add Chocolate Chips

Add vegan chocolate chips.  Use the spoon at first to combine.

Make a consistent dough

The dough for Cookie Dough Balls needs to be consistent. Make sure there's no lump of flour!

Form a ball

Once the dough is consistent, form a ball.

Make the balls

Use your hands to form small bite-sized balls.
