Ingredients

- ½ tasa Frozen Strawberries
- 1 malaki Frozen Saging - equivalent to 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1 ¼ tasa Gatas na Almond na Walang Tamis - or soy milk for boost of protein

- 1 kutsara Mga Buto ng Abaka
- 2 kutsarita Maple syrup - for boost of sweetness

- Add all the ingredients: protein powder, frozen strawberry, frozen banana, hemp seeds, and milk of choice, to a blender.

- Pulbos ng Protina ng Banilya – I use NuZest or MacroMike protein powder which are respectively made with peas and peanuts or almonds.
- Frozen Strawberries – I prefer frozen strawberries over fresh ones, because it avoids having to add ice cubes that dilute the flavor.
- Frozen Saging – Similarly, go for frozen bananas over fresh to not have to add ice cubes.
- Gatas na Batay sa Halaman – You can use any plant-based milk. Almond milk has the most neutral taste, but soy milk brings the most protein.
- Mga Buto ng Abaka – This healthy ingredient brings a lot of natural protein and not flavor at all.
- Maple syrup -If you need to sweeten the shake, you can add maple syrup or any other natural liquid sweetener, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
How to Make Banana Strawberry Protein Shake
This shake is as easy to make as any other shake!

Pour all the ingredients in your blender.

Blend on high speed and adjust the taste and sweetness with optional ingredients.
