- ½ tasa Inihaw na Edamame
- ¼ tasa Mga hilaw na kasoy
- ¼ tasa Mga Hilaw na Almendras
- ½ tasa Mga Sereal na Protina - I am using Cinnamon Catalina crunch
- ⅓ tasa Tuyong mga kranberya
- ¼ tasa Kalabasa buto
- ¼ tasa Maitim na Tsokolate Chips

- Combine the ingredients in a small jar where you can store it.

Ingredients at Substitutions
- Inihaw na Edamame – They are rich in protein and taste great. You can also use roasted pistacchio.
- Mga hilaw na kasoy – Cashews are fine to eat raw.
- Mga Hilaw na Almendras – Or roasted peanuts if you prefer.
- Mga Sereal na Protina – I am using Cinnamon Catalina Crunch.
- Tuyong mga kranberya – You can also use any other dried fruit.
- Kalabasa buto – or sunflower seeds.
- Maitim na Tsokolate Chips – I pick vegan chocolate chips with over 70% of cocoa.
How to Make Protein Trail Mix
This is really easy to make; all you need to do is mix the ingredients. If you want to toss some seasoning on top.

Combine the ingredients in a small jar where you can store it.

Serve it on a large plate for a TV platter.
Changing The Flavors
You can change the flavor of your trail mix by doing the follow swaps or additions:
- Gumawa ng fruity one by adding chopped dried apricots, dates, or dried mango.
